Professor responded in email: okay to have the learning object and the blog be in the same document, or in separate documents. Also ok to use a blog outside of Moodle and just provide a link.

Team got together to decide that we would do a blog, not a video blog. Pua would create the blog, and the following tasks were assigned:

o Need or rationale - Pua
o Audience description -Pua
o Instructional objective or outcome - Sava
o Development log -Susan
o Reflection – Sava
o Create online survey to collect evaluation data for learning object and send evaluation data to course instructor - Susan

Pua selected another template (much more reader-friendly) and Susan tweaked the settings.

We had an Elluminate class in which we reported our progress. Prof. Ho described learning objects and reinforced our group's direction. He also gave us a tutorial on using rhe COE survey function.

After class, we met to discuss further work on the blog. We decided to add a section on how to create a blog, and Sava volunteered to put that up by Saturday. Susan asled the group members to beta test the survey when it is ready.

Sava designs a "how to create a blog" pdf file for the blog and circulates it for comment.

Susan and Pua review the blog creation pdf, edit it, and upload it and create a link to it.

Susan creates the required survey using the COE survey tool and circulates it to Pua and Sava for comment. Pua links it to the first page of the blog.

Susan removes the restrictions on who can see the blog and who can comment; now anyone can see the blog, and registered users can comment.
